Ward Named to All-Tournament Team

PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Eckerd College junior libero Hallie Ward was named to the Comfort Inn-Vitational All-Tournament team.

Ward had 47 digs (an average of 3.62 per set) to help the Tritons (3-1) take three out of four matches in the season-opening weekend. The Austin, Texas, product had a team-best 16 digs in Saturday's four-set win over North Alabama.

Ward and the Tritons will continue the 2010 season this weekend at the Peggy Martin Challenge in Warrensburg, Mo.
