Interviews
All interviews with Eckerd players and coaches should be scheduled through the Sports Information Office. The best time to arrange interviews is in the afternoon on weekdays (when not interfering with the student-athlete’s class schedule). Interviews at the conclusion of all home events will be held after a brief NCAA-prescribed cooling off period. Requests for media credentials must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event by contacting the sports information office.

Statistics/Services
Eckerd College Athletics personnel will oversee statistical work for all home events. Halftime statistics will be available to coaches and visiting sports information directors. Final stat books will be delivered to the head coach or SID following each event. Updated scores, box scores, and cumulative statistics will generally be available to our next opponent as soon as possible following the event but no later than 10 a.m. the morning following the event.

Programs, fact sheets and cumulative statistics will be distributed upon request.

Any opponents requiring radio must notify the sports information director in advance of the event.

The results of all Eckerd College athletic events are reported to the St. Petersburg Times, Tampa Tribune, the Associated Press and the Sunshine State Conference. The Sports Information Director should be notified if additional media outlets need to be included on this list.
